In the noise of world that surrounds us and makes silence seem a nuisance, following the advice of St. Francis de Sales can be beneficial to our well-being and our discipleship. "Never be in a hurry; do everything quietly and in a calm spirit. Do not lose your inner peace for anything whatsoever, even if your whole world seems upset."
Each day offer your day, your actions and your thoughts to the Lord who said, “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.”
His yoke is to “follow
Him”, the Lord longs to be tied to you each day.
