COVID 19 Pandemic Prayer
A Reflection on Mary Magdalene:
Apostle
to the Apostles
Mary sought the Truth of
Life.
Mary sought the Messiah.
She found both in Jesus
the Christ.
The Word made flesh
showed her the path of light and of love.
Seeking the Truth of
Life, she found Jesus Christ, Eternal Life.
Mary wept at Lazarus’ tomb, tears of sorrow, tears of joy.
Mary went to the Tomb to
anoint the dead - tears of sorrow, tears of joy.
Mary grateful for her
Savior blessed to witness the Risen Lord.
Mary sought holiness and
found salvation in the Messiah glorified.
Mary the Apostle to the
Apostles, sent to shine the light of the Risen Lord.
Mary waits for us to seek
Truth and Holiness, to Weep and to Rejoice, to Lead and to Pray others to the eternal
Easter.
Alleluia.
