Blog Post 09-08-2025 Living the Present Moment.

Living the Present Moment mean living with the real goal of this life in mind, but in union with Jesus Christ. We have the Sacraments to provide our spiritual nourishment, the Word of God, and Holy Mother Church to guides us.

Spiritual growth requires a commitment to a life of prayer one that focuses on weaving prayer into every facet of our existence. Prayer takes many forms and helps us remember why we are on earth not to accumulate earthy riches, but rather to build a relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ who came to earth to show us the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Our world and our society place a veil or a curtain over the eyes of faith making it difficult to see and follow the road to fulfillment and happiness which reveals to us the great love of God.

The prophet Daniel teaches us "He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning. He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him." [Daniel 2: 21, 22]

And St. Francis de Sales said, "What is the prize if it is not Jesus Christ? How can you take hold of him if you do not follow him?

Reflect on your life’s goals and check where your G.P.S. is taking you; maybe it is time to “recalculate.

May God Be Praised.
