The fast of Lent is for our spiritual renewal, fasting helps us to change the pattern of our life and focus on practicing virtue.
Lent reminds us to Turn away from the small things in our daily life that diminish our souls, mean comments, angry outbursts, lying and swearing.
To eliminate them from our life will provide us the fertile soil for God’s Word to grow more deeply into our hearts and our actions. lies the true value fasting in Lent.
