In Morning Prayer [Week II] the Antiphon poses this question, “When will I come to the end of my pilgrimage and enter the presence of God?”
The Book of Revelation offers us this hope for life here on earth and life in the hereafter “Let all who thirst come; let all who desire it, drink from the life-giving water.” [22:17]
We know not the year, the day or the hour for our time limit on earth, but we know, down deep, we should prepare, the Prophet Micah [6:8] offers us sage advice for our preparation.
“The Lord demands that we act justly, be kind & walk humbly with God.”
