St. Therese of Lisieux - The Little Flower offers us this advice, "Miss no single opportunity of making some small sacrifice, here by a smiling look, there by a kindly word; always doing the smallest right and doing it all for love."
I would add to her advice offer your smile, a kind word, lend a helpful hand, write [rather than an electronic message] a note of encouragement or thanks to someone., not so much as a sacrifice but as an act of love. The world will be a better place because of your loving action, and God will smile.
