We celebrate St. Charles Borromeo the patron of seminarians, catechumens and catechists.
Sometime today take a few minutes to pray for our: seminarians, catechumens and catechist that they will be guided by the Holy Spirit their studies, their prayer and vital work.
Speaking of Prayer, St. Paul reminds us “to persevere in prayer”, have you ever thought that God has rejected your prayers, your pleas?
I know I have! God answers our prayers, but we must discern what God’s answer is, how God’s answered our pleas.
In our Gospel Jesus tells us, He is the Good Shepherd, so we can depend on Him. If we humbly follow Jesus’ example the answer to our prayers will become clear, in God’s time and in the manner God chooses.
When you pray thank Jesus for the gifts God has given you.
May God Be Praised.
