St. Francis de Sales advised us to, “Let nothing disturb you; Let nothing frighten you. All things are passing. God never changes. Patience obtains all things. Nothing is wanting to him who possesses God. Go alone suffices.” He, also, reminded us, “What is the prize if it is not Jesus Christ? How can you take hold of him if you do not follow him?"
de Sales’ wisdom offers us wonderful reflection material, “I see good in you and am happy for your sake. I choose and act to make your goodness grow for your sake.” And “Be who you are, and be that well, to give honor to the Master Craftsman whose handiwork you are.”
